We absolutely loved staying here. It was a magical spot looking at on the sheep next door and a horse in the pasture as we drove in. The breakfast was delicious with everything sourced as locally as possible (with many items from right there on the farm). Highly recommend this place! If you stay, I also recommend having dinner at The Fleece, a historic pub less than 10 minutes away.

Lucy and Pup are great hosts in a lovely old farmhouse with several farm buildings located in a charming village, not far from the quaint and spectacular village of Chipping Campden which is well worth a visit. The included breakfast was fresh and appetising featuring homemade bread, homemade jam, vine grown grilled tomatoes, freshly laid eggs and freshly made sausages and local butter. All in all it was a very relaxing, cosy, comfortable stay with olde world charm and hospitality.

Lovely quiet location. Stunning breakfast. We had 'The Bakehouse' a small self contained attached 1 bedroom cottage. It was great. Local pub re-opening soon after refurbishment. Village Hall does good home cooked food and drinks at reasonable prices. Good for seeing Stratford and the North Cotswolds. Good Web site.

Great hospitality in a beautiful antique house, it is a family owned place which adds to the charm; instead of yet another international hotel chain, you are received by a family that does farming (hard work tbh). Definitely added value if you have time get to the road on the north and check 15-20 of church road; beautiful gardens along the way breakfast can include their own products, is definitely a plus (try the sausages and eggs)

Very good great stay

Stayed in the Bakehouse at Manor Farm for three nights over Easter. Very clean, cosy, and comfortable, self catering accommodation on a working farm. Lucy the host was excellent, making sure we had everything we needed, and also giving us lots of useful advice on things to do in the area. Manor Farm is in a very good location. We were able to visit Broadway, Chipping Camden, the Slaughters, Bourton on the Water, Stow on the Wold, and few other Cotswold must sees over two days without a lot of driving. Cotswolds Farm Park is excellent and only about 20 minutes away. In the other direction it's only 20 minutes to Stratford upon Avon which is a great day out. I would thoroughly recommend a stay at Manor Farm. A great base to explore an amazing area.

Very nice Accommodations slept super well. Lucys Breakfast is amazing and all you'd want and more beautifull Farm and countryside .

We had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights and found it so peaceful and relaxing; To stay in a house of 400yrs + we found amazing:) our Host, "The Lovely Lucy" was warm and welcoming; the bedroom was beautiful! clean and well appointed, bed comfortable with a lovely view over looking a private garden. Breakfast consisted of real home made produce, from the freshly baked bread, to the pork sausages - which was a nice touch. This is a working farm, and our host must have been very busy, however, she ensured she had time to sit and chat with us during breakfast where we "city folk" received a good education on farm animal husbandry... We felt privileged to have the opportunity to stay here - highly recommend!
