Happened to be visiting Chipping Campden on a Daylesford break from Cambridge and bumped into Chris who was preparing their new shop for opening. We explained that we had a huge red wine stain on our very pale wool carpet and, as it was obviously too far for him to come and clean it himself, he sold us a bottle of their Organic Stain Remover spray spot-cleaner for us to use at home ourselves. I cannot believe that with relatively little effort, the entire stain has gone, with no dye removal or damage to the carpet at all - truly amazing! Chris and his colleague seemed very knowledgeable and genuine and I wish they'd open a Cambridge branch! Thank you and good luck with the new shop.

Chris was very friendly and professional, he talked through each step and what each product was doing to clean. He cleaned our living room carpet and our hallway lino and showed us how much muck was lifted. He did a thorough and professional job that both my wife and I were extremely pleased with. Chris and Adam did an amazing job at transforming all my carpets and rugs as well as the upholstery on my sofas. Although I have two dogs and VAX it all every three months, when Chris showed me the muck that he managed to get out, I was simultaneously impressed and disgusted! The carpets and sofas are eight years old but don't look it now. The rugs look new and the whole house smells super clean and fresh. I am so happy I found Cotswold Magic Carpets.
